The Month of Divine Reversal - Take Your Seat

Seated in Authority and Positioned for Victory

On February 2nd, I had a vision from the Lord concerning me sitting on my throne in Heaven and ruling and reigning with Christ. I understood that Christ was inviting us all to step up and use our God-given authority from the heavenly realms—authority meant to influence our lives, the lives of our children, and even our nation.

At the time, I did not fully understand why He was emphasizing the importance of our position, why this mattered so deeply. As March approached, without even realizing that Purim was near, I kept hearing these words:

"Victory over the spirit of Haman,"

"I am raising up My Esthers in this moment to sit with Me on My throne and to remove his influence,"

"Earthly thrones will be shaken and removed."

Writing Heavenly Decrees and Shaking Thrones

In my vision, I saw myself entering into the presence of the Lord wearing a bridal gown more glorious than anything I could have imagined; the train of the dress spread across the earth and covered nations.

As I entered, I was warmly welcomed. I first bowed before the Lord, and then I sat with Him on His throne. I was handed decrees that had been signed into law—hidden decrees spoken over my family, my children, and myself—and I was instructed to tear them up. The papers were thick, and they felt established and difficult to rip, but when I looked at the King, He smiled and said, "You can do this."

Immediately, strength entered my hands, and I shredded them. Then I was given a pen and a fresh, glowing notebook and was instructed to write the heavenly decrees instead. As I wrote, thrones on earth began collapsing, shaking, and were being destroyed.

The Lord opened my eyes to different areas of the world and in my own life where Christ was not enthroned, and I saw others sitting on thrones that did not belong to them, places where the victory of Christ had not yet been established.

He said to me, "Unless you sit with Me on My throne and rule from there with Me, you will not be able to take back these territories."When I looked at those territories, they seemed impossible to reclaim because others were deeply established in them, and immediately I was reminded of the book of Esther.

The Removal of Haman's Throne and the Elevation of Queen Esther

Esther was a young orphan girl who stepped into her royal position. She was not politically ambitious; she was simply living her life. Yet while she was going about her life, an evil man named Haman was building his throne beside the king.

The Bible calls Haman an "Agagite," connecting him to Agag, king of the Amalekites—long-standing enemies of Israel, as seen in 1 Samuel 15. Because King Saul failed to fully destroy Agag, Esther's story spiritually represents a later confrontation with that same ancient hostility.

Spiritually, Haman represents an old generational enemy, a spirit of destruction against God's covenant people, and the embodiment of pride and self-exaltation.

Esther 3:1 (NLT) says, "Some time later King Xerxes promoted Haman son of Hammedatha the Agagite over all the other nobles, making him the most powerful official in the empire." Haman used his authority to destroy innocent people and manipulated the king into signing a decree to kill all the Jews. When Esther's uncle discovered this, he urged her to approach the king. She was afraid, and she said that the king had not summoned her for thirty days and that entering uninvited could mean death. She had to decide, "If I perish, I perish."

Esther 4:15–16 (NKJV) says, "Then Esther told them to reply to Mordecai: 'Go, gather all the Jews who are present in Shushan, and fast for me; neither eat nor drink for three days, night or day. My maids and I will fast likewise. And so I will go to the king, which is against the law; and if I perish, I perish!'"

Esther chose courage, God gave her favor, Haman was exposed, his throne was removed, and Esther was elevated.

Decrees and Reversals

The king declared in Esther 8:8 (NKJV), "You yourselves write a decree concerning the Jews, as you please, in the king's name, and seal it with the king's signet ring; for whatever is written in the king's name and sealed with the king's signet ring no one can revoke." A higher decree overturned a lower decree.

In Daniel's day—just as Hamon persuaded King Xerxes to make a decree against the Jewish people—corrupt officials persuaded King Darius to sign an irrevocable decree, as recorded in Daniel 6:8 (NLT): "And now, Your Majesty, issue and sign this law so it cannot be changed, an official law of the Medes and Persians that cannot be revoked." Daniel remained faithful and was thrown into the lions' den, but Heaven intervened, and Daniel declared, "My God sent His angel and shut the lions' mouths, so that they have not hurt me" (6:22 NKJV). The accusers were removed, and Daniel was elevated.

When the Court Is Seated, Dominion Shifts

Daniel 7:26–27 (NKJV) says, prophetically, "But the court shall be seated, and they shall take away his dominion, to consume and destroy it forever. Then the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdoms under the whole Heaven, shall be given to the people, the saints of the Most High." When the court is seated, dominion shifts. This is a month of seating and reversal.

Luke 1:52 (NLT) declares, "He has brought down princes from their thrones and exalted the humble." The Lord is shaking earthly thrones, hidden decrees are being exposed, and illegitimate influence is being confronted. But the key is this: We must sit with Him, and we must rule from union with Him. Authority flows from position, not from striving. The question is not whether thrones will shake. The question is will we take our seat? (Photo via StockCake)

The Month of Divine Reversal: Take Your Seat

I heard the Lord say, "As you enter this month of divine reversal, recognize, My child, that the secret to your breakthrough is to enter into My glorious presence and take your seat with Me on the throne.

"Unlike Esther, who was afraid, uninvited, and risked losing her life because she entered into the presence of a pagan king, you are different. You are entering into the embrace of a loving Father who desires to give you the Kingdom.

"My golden scepter is already extended, inviting you into the most Holy Place, to sit with Me on My throne, to stretch out your hand, and to watch as earthly thrones shake and collapse right before your eyes. For I am shaking everything so that only unshakable thrones will remain. I am establishing My people here on earth in their rightful position.

"This is the time to enter in wearing your royal attire, for you have found favor in My sight. I have crowned you with glory and honor, with love and tender mercies.

"Unlike Esther, who was offered half the kingdom, I give you theKingdom. I give you dominion. And as you journey through this month, I will give you victory over Haman, over every antagonizing spirit, over every spirit of rivalry and adversary. For as it is in Heaven, so it will be on earth. I am handing you My pen; use it to cross out every decree that was not established by Me.

"I am giving you My authority to use it, and as you use it, earthly thrones will be shaken and removed. This is the month to take back authority. Do not fear them. You will not perish. You will experience My divine deliverance and victory, for I Myself will go before you and make a way. Even when it feels impossible, know for certain that it is My specialty.

"Therefore, I remind you that this is a month where the giants are falling and their thrones are being shaken. It is a month of divine reversals and the taking back of territories.

"You will experience what you have never experienced before. But remember that the key is to be seated on My throne, as I am sitting next to My Father on His throne. It is in that seated position that you will experience My victory and My hand."
